Warners Bay Endoscopy is situated on the northern tip of Lake Macquarie, Australia's largest and most beautiful coastal lake. Opening into the Pacific Ocean, Lake Macquarie is 60 nautical miles north of Sydney Harbour and over three times its size. It is a mecca of sailing, and hosts national and international regattas.
Warners Bay Endoscopy is a practice specializing in the diagnosis and surgical management of gastro-intestinal disease, with a special interest in upper G.I. laparoscopic surgery. We are located within Warners Bay Private Hospital, but WBE is otherwise a completely separate entity from the hospital and the Mayne Health corporation
WBE provides its endoscopic and GI surgical service in two hospitals, Warners Bay Private Hospital and the new Maitland Private Hospital in Ashtonfield, and acknowledges with appreciation the high level of skill and gentleness displayed by the hospital nursing staff
